4. Stripe Payment Processing
Stripe handles payment-card entry and storage.
Inside914 stores relevant processor references and authorization evidence but does not directly store complete card numbers.
Stripe may separately process data according to its own privacy practices and applicable payment-network requirements.

- Contracted printing and mailing providers for approved campaign fulfillment.
Only information reasonably needed for the applicable service should be shared.
Inside914 may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights and investigate misuse.
6. Public Advertising Artwork
The final approved advertisement is intended for distribution on physical postcards.
Business contact details, URLs, QR codes and other information included in the printed advertisement may be viewed by postcard recipients.
Customers should not submit private information for public printing unless they intend that information to be distributed.
Original upload files, payment references and internal administrative notes are not intended to be publicly accessible merely because a final postcard is mailed.
7. Email Communications
Inside914 sends transactional messages including confirmations, private access links, artwork notifications, payment communications, cancellation information and campaign updates.
Individually reviewed advertising invitations or promotional messages may be sent where legally permitted.
Commercial promotional email must follow applicable sender-identification, address and opt-out obligations.
Operational customer emails and promotional campaigns must remain appropriately distinguished.
Inside914 does not sell customer email lists for unrelated third-party marketing.
8. Cookies and Reservation Access
Essential cookies and private credentials may be used to maintain checkout state and provide reservation access.
Private reservation links can grant access to customer information and should be kept confidential.
Access is restricted through expiration rules, secure token handling and server authorization.
If nonessential analytics or advertising trackers are later introduced, this policy and any required consent or notice mechanisms will be updated.
9. Data Security
Inside914 uses administrative, technical and operational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access and disclosure.
These include private Storage, authenticated administration, restricted database access, secure payment processing, encrypted email-delivery payloads and hashed access credentials where appropriate.
No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Security incidents will be reviewed and notifications provided where required by applicable law.
10. Data Retention
Business information, artwork, payment consents, support communications and operational records may be retained for campaign fulfillment, legal compliance, security, accounting and dispute resolution.
Original artwork and historical versions may be retained following campaign completion where justified.
Abandoned uploads may be removed under documented cleanup procedures.
A formal retention schedule must be approved and implemented for each data category.
Until verified, the public policy must not claim that all records are automatically deleted after a fixed period.
11. Access, Correction and Deletion
Customers may contact Info@inside914.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of relevant personal information.
Reasonable identity verification may be required.
Requests are evaluated under applicable law and legitimate retention obligations.
Some records may need to remain available for active transactions, tax/accounting records, disputes or legal requirements.
12. Children's Privacy
Inside914 is intended for business advertising customers and is not directed at children.
Inside914 does not knowingly solicit children's personal information for advertising reservations.
Information identified as improperly collected will be reviewed and addressed as applicable law requires.
13. Security Incidents
Inside914 will investigate suspected unauthorized access or disclosure and take appropriate corrective action.
Notifications will be provided when required by applicable data-breach laws.
14. Policy Changes
Future policy versions may be published with an updated effective date.
Material changes will receive any notice or consent required by applicable law.
A Privacy Policy update does not itself alter previously accepted payment authorization.
