Plan around your service area
A White Plains shop may want to introduce a local offer, while a home-service business based in Greenburgh may serve several neighboring towns. Start with the places customers can realistically travel from—or the places your team can travel to—before choosing an area.
- List the towns you already serve and compare them with the proposed Central grouping.
- Use one clear offer or service on the postcard, with an easy way to contact you.
- If your service area extends north or south, compare those areas separately rather than assuming one mailing covers them.
How to participate in a shared campaign
Inside914’s standard shared postcard has ten paid positions. Businesses select an area, a position and their artwork. No payment is collected when reserving; a future charge can only happen after the campaign fills and receives the required approvals. Each area has its own price and fill status, shown on the advertising areas page.

Review the mailing area before committing
Area groupings are planning guides. Postal routes, final household quantities, mailing dates and printer specifications must be confirmed for the individual campaign. An area name is not a promise to deliver to every address in that region.
